9 Anime You Should be Watching

Anime has become increasingly popular over the years, with more and more people being drawn into its captivating stories, stunning animation, and diverse range of genres. If you’re new to the world of anime, or simply looking for some recommendations, here are the top 5 anime you should be watching. Most of these are available on Crunchy Roll, but may be streaming elsewhere as well.

Attack on Titan

When man-eating Titans first appeared 100 years ago, humans found safety behind massive walls that stopped the giants in their tracks. But the safety they have had for so long is threatened when a colossal Titan smashes through the barriers, causing a flood of the giants into what had been the humans’ safe zone. During the carnage that follows, soldier Eren Jaeger sees one of the creatures devour his mother, which leads him to vow that he will kill every Titan. He enlists some friends who survived to help him, and that group is humanity’s last hope for avoiding extinction at the hands of the monsters.

My Hero Academia

In a world where those with powers are known as “Quirks,” Izuku Midoriya has aspirations to one day become a hero but there’s a catch — he isn’t a Quirk. Nier: Automata V.1.1A

In a post-apocalyptic world overrun by alien-crafted “Machine Lifeforms,” humanity is preparing for its last stand. Forced to retreat to the Moon for safety, humans are pinning their hopes on a group of man-made androids known as YoRHa soldiers. Led by the all-purpose battle android YoRHa 2-gou B-gata “2B,” the group will fight to take control of the Earth back from its invaders.

Bleach: The Thousand Year Blood War

Ichigo’s vigilante routine is disrupted by the sudden appearance of Asguiaro Ebern, a dangerous Arrancar who heralds the return of Yhwach, an ancient Quincy king. Yhwach seeks to reignite the historic blood feud between Soul Reaper and Quincy, and he sets his sights on erasing both the human world and the Soul Society for good.

    Definitely agree with Attack on Titans and My Hero Academia but will definitely have to take a look at the others. I think Fire Force will be next on my list but plan to binge them all. ???
