A Greyhound of a Girl really touched home for me! Four generations of women travel on a midnight car journey. One of them is dead, one of them is dying, one of them is driving, and one of them is just starting out. This reminded me of my great grandmother, grandmother, mother and myself going on a journey together all while trying to cope with the fact of my granny dying. This was truly a winner for me! This story is told through the communication between generations – from mother to child, grandmother to granddaughter – It was a sensitive, thoughtful and captivating read for the middle-aged teen girl to read!
